As the number one ranked tennis player in the world, it is no question that Novak Djokovic is talented. He has been recognized as a member of the “Big Three,” which honors three of the world’s greatest men’s tennis players of all time, including other household names of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
It turns out, Djokovic can do much more than serve an ace or smash his forehand. Djokovic has an incredible singing voice, and he is not shy about it.
Djokovic is no stranger to the spotlight on a global platform. Djokovic won his 17th Grand Slam title, then quickly turned to a different method of stealing the show–belting out an Italian song at the annual Sanremo Festival.

A Man of Many Talents
Not only can Novak sing, but he can do it in several languages. He fluently speaks five languages–Serbian, Italian, German, French, and English–giving him a wide variety of song choices for karaoke night.
He is not limited by genre either. In fact, his performance at Sanremo Festival was not the first time he showcased his skills.
Djokovic has been featured in several singing videos, including the time he sang a folk song with children at the Australian Open. On another occasion, Djokovic sang the American hit, “Call Me Maybe,” to artist Carly Rae Jepsen herself on a featured comedy tennis show.

Djokovic is clearly not shy, and is quick to show his sense of humor. The star made another guest appearance in the entertainment industry when he was featured in the music video of “Hello” by Martin Solveig and Dragonette.
He is also known for his impersonations, especially those of sports stars. He has been known to impersonate Maria Sharapova, Andre Agassi, and several others–all in good fun!
Is There Anything He Doesn’t Do?
Djokovic may be known for his tennis accomplishments, including 17 Grand Slam singles titles. These awe-inspiring accomplishments have helped him maintain his position as the number one men’s tennis player in the world for 282 consecutive weeks.
However, these accomplishments are not the only thing that make him stand out.
Djokovic is intentional about finding time in his hectic schedule to be an engaged father and family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.

As a father himself, Djokovic founded the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which supports early childhood education initiatives in Serbia and provides grants to educational programs to increase access to education to all children. He is passionate about the benefits of early childhood education, and the success that it leads to later in life for children.
With his fun spirits, unique humor, athletic talent, and good will, it is difficult to find something not to like about this tennis star.
Making Serbia (and the World) a Better Place
From children to adults, there is one inspirational quote that Djokovic himself lives by and shares to those he comes in contact with. It seems we all could use a lesson from him on how to live a well-rounded life.
Djokovic says, “Belief is the most common word to me, even more than hope. For one to achieve his dreams, he needs to believe in them truly.”
